At Celonis, Site Reliability Engineers are part of the team that owns the health of our product and ensures its end-to-end availability and performance according to defined SLOs. They apply strong troubleshooting skills and strategic disaster recovery thinking with both software engineering and SRE principles to design, write and deliver software, improve availability, scalability and efficiency of our product. They constantly strive to improve monitoring, metrics and KPI, as well as implement missing SLOs. By driving blameless lessons learned, implementing processes, automations and documenting acquired knowledge, they ensure prevention of problem recurrence.
